Dotdash Meredith Apprenticeship

At the beginning of 2024, Carreon was able to interview for the Dotdash Meredith - Iowa State program. She was fortunate enough to get placed in an editorial position with the Premium Publishing department. Better Homes and Gardens

Home Handbook

Published at the beginning of January 2025, this is one of the first projects that Carreon worked on. Using her skills, she was tasked with fact-checking, researching, and adding short descriptions or "deks" to all stories listed in the table of contents.

Best of Country French - 2025

Country Home - Spring 2025

Carreon transcribed and wrote Country Home's Stylemaker story. This appears at the front of book and helps reader's discover individuals that have a special sense of style in their homes. This issues Stylmaker was Anna Margaret—or Margo. Carreon also run's the Country Home Instagram page, reposting and producing original posts weekly.

Small Space Gardens

Take a look at the Summer 2025 issu that features outdoor spaces exclusively. Carreon interviewed and produced a story about a gorgeous farmhouse that resides in Lummi Island, which is located just twenty minutes of Seattle, Washington.
